We really want a MK area resort for our thanksgiving trip and have considered renting points at VWL or BLT (although theming doesn't appeal to us there) Poly was our first choice but with construction and possible pool closures, not best option. For now, I've secured a bunk bed room at WL for us: me, dh, DS: ages 8,6, 2 when we go. Has anyone stayed in these rooms with 5? Did you feel cramped? We figured we could utilize space under the bunk bed too! Thanks for advice.

Hi! We stayed at WL in the bunk bed rooms two years ago with a 1 and 4 year old and it was a little tight but fine. Since the 1yr old wasn't big enough for the bunks, they brought up a pack n play, so the room set up was probably similar to what you would need. The pack n play fit fine with enough room to walk around.

We loved WL! The boat access to MK was so convenient. We had a balcony to sit on while the kids fell asleep, and could even see the tops of the fireworks and electric parade some evening.

With 5 it's going to be a tight fit. But you will love WL and the boat ride to MK in the morning.

We had a bunk bed room a year ago and it worked out for us. Our kids were 2,5,and 6. We loved the wilderness lodge and the boat to and from the magic kingdom was wonderful!
