You can't use adhesives for decorating onboard the ships. You could always bring along your own vinyl glow in the dark stars if it is important to you. They should stick and remove easily. Google brought up quite a few options, here is one: http://www.amazon.com/Circles-Shapes-Decal-Phosphorescent-Sticker/dp/B00INFDLIW

That that particular item suggested to be used has this in the description "just peel and stick". That sounds like an adhesive to me.Vinyl is not an adhesive. It's like a window cling. As I mentioned above, it will remove easily.

I am familiar with the concept of vinyl. I'm just pointing out that that particular phrase makes it sound like an adhesive (of some type) is present. Now, it may be minimal, but DCL does say "any" adhesive is not permitted. It says it will not harm surfaces and you can just peel it off, and in the q and a section it says they are re-usable. If you're not familiar with the concept of vinyl, I'm not sure what to say to convince you. I assure you I am not suggesting someone apply stickers to the stateroom.
