Don't want to get a debate going over white or wheat again, but are they still serving the "enhanced" wheat bread at the CS locations?

When we were there in January we had "wheat" bread looking hot dog buns. Nice thing is the kids didn't notice. I have a really picky 9 year old and he said nothing.

I think too that the hamburger buns at Cosmic Ray's were that way too. They seemed to not hold up well to the condiments.

I have a very picky 9 year old too and I'm afraid if he notices, he won't eat.

This was our "CS Vacation, meaning we mostly ate at counter service places. We ate hotdogs at least 4-5 (maybe more) times on this trip and I was worried about the wheat buns too, after reading about it here.
To my great relief not once were we given a wheat bun........NONE. LOL

I'm trying to remember where we ate but we hit SO many CS places it's difficult to recall. We had dogs at two locations at the MK, Epcot by the entrance to the WS there's a new building and they have hot dogs there, the hot dog stand on the Boardwalk and a hot dog place at Downtown Disney. We did not eat at Casey's as the line was always too long to eat there.

Our trip dates were Jan 21 - Feb 1

Did you notice that much of a difference?

The only thing that I actually ate that had a bun was a grilled chicken sandwich at Electric Umbrella. It didnt bother me but Im not super picky. It did seem to be a little dry but I also dont eat condiments on my chicken sandwich. My husband and the rest of my family never complained about them (I really dont think many of them even noticed) so they cant be that bad.
