building renovations at FOR and s/d

I've been reading on these boards how the POFQ renovations are coming to completion and that the PORiverside is next. Similarly, I"ve been reading lately that the Swan is done with renovations and that the Dolphin is poised for them.

I am traveling to WDW April 24 for 8 days. I've been waffling between the s/d and POR.

Does anyone know what's likely to be going on constructionwise at either or both of those resorts? Does anyone know how a person can find out more about that this far in advance?
