Has anyone seen them at DTD and will they fit in a large suitcase to bring home if the authorities will let you pack them??;)
:chewy: :ewok: :yoda: DS and DH both want to make their own while we're there, they both love the Star Wars films and both have the figures:chewy: :ewok: :yoda: DS was very happy when they launched them on his birthday:yay: :thumbsup2

My DS bought one last year. The box is huge and would probably need its own suitcase! - My husband had a large fishing box we needed to bring home in the hold and the ultimate lightsabre went in with that in the hold. Saw then in the shop near Star Tours in MGM but ours came from Walmart which was much cheaper - personally I'd talk them into something else because the box contains loads of bits and I think most of ours are either separated or lost now!

No problems bringing them home, we got one for DD`s BF and he was really chuffed with it!
However bringing two home will certainly take up luggage space, can you persuade them to leave the packaging behind?
We got ours at the Star Tours shop and my tip would be to buy them when you see them, as the year before we saw them in the shop and when we went back to buy it they were out of stock and we spent the rest of the holiday searching for one!

we were there at christmas and bought our son one for a christmas present. Again, no problems bringing them back but as you can imagine the box was wripped to shreds christmas day, so we didn'nt have the problem of a great big box in our suitcase. Once out of the box they hardly take up any room. The other good thing is the price-so much cheaper than what you would pay for one here.

my son bought the double sided lightsaber it's over 5ft and we brought that back as it screws off

My Ds already has a lightsabre but he wants to build his own from WoD, do they have a retractable blade or a fixed length blade?

the lightsabers to build are just like the normal ones you buy here they look cheaper thats y my son got the double sided one because you get the noises and flashing at both sides and you can't get them here yet. but you'll manage to bring it back here no problem.
