What is this? How does it work? I noticed a post w/Build A Pin in it and am clueless. Can someone fill me in on all aspects of it!? Thanks!

I'm no expert, but I will give this a try...

First you pick a "base". This is the pin part. They have many designs....you can see some of them on this page....

pinpics.com/cgi-bin/group.cgi?group=720

Then you purchase "add ons". These are little pieces to put on the "base". They have characters, ride logos, and other Disney things.

Then you take all your pieces and they put them together with the special machine, then you have one pin.

Does that make sense?

Thanks for the info. and the link. I think I get it now. Only one more question ... what's the cost of these pins!?

From what I see on PinPics, the bases are about $6.50 and the add ons are $2 each.

I don't think they charge for putting the pin together......maybe someone else can answer that part?

No charge for putting them together, but you have to show your receipt for the pieces before they'll do it.
