Huh? Have I got to look at what? Build a Bear opened in Melbourne 2 days ago and will be opening in Sydney on 24th November.........but no sign of one in Brisbane mores the pity.

If it's just clothes, then that makes the postage way more affordable for me as international does not come cheap.

Minimim of $15....the outfits I've seen on the Aussie website are more than that.........nothing even close to $15

Most everyone that has signed up so far is clothes. We'd love to have you join us Nutsy. I can make sure you get someone that needs clothes only since that would fit your budget better. This exchange has been so much fun in the past and we welcome everyone.

As for pricing, most outfits here are around $15 to $20 that's why I set the minimum at $15. I've not visited the site for the other countries so I don't know much about their pricing. We would love for you to join us though Nutsy and if you have more questions, me or someone is always around to answer.

Ok, so clothes only............who chooses what clothes? Do we get a list of likes and dislikes or whatever?

Just getting it all straight in my head......only thing I don't know is if our only store will ship International and if it has to come to me first then out it won't be out on time. That is my biggest worry at this stage.....timing.

I can't get any details of shipping unless I wish to purchase something and go through with it.

But I'd be interested in just clothes if that's possible.....postage on that would be affordable.

Do we get a list of what clothes they already have, so we don't get the same? Does it have to be a complete outfit or can it be just a top or bottom.......does it have to include accessories and shoes?

Sorry, just working out what I can and can't afford.

It can be whatever you can do Nusty. Some get whole outfits, some get just parts of outifts. Soem several outifts.
Usually we list what we want or at least some ideas.

Do they have a number you can call and ask about postage?
I wonder, since it is so new there, if they are having a lot of problems getting things going to start with.

And I just meant had you checked out the site to see what all they had.
I need to check the Australia site and see what you have that is different

Ok. no probs Nancy.......yeah I checked the site and they don't have alot, but they do have some nice stuff.

I found an e-mail addy for them, so I e-mailed them and asked about the postage thing. Somehow I doubt they would, with them only just opening on Thursday.

Shop USA would cost a whole lot more (currency exchange).....our dollar only buys around 75c US. So to convert it to Aussie Dollars, plus the surchage would add up to something horrid.

I hope to hear back from our store early next week, and will take it from there.

Yeah they have gift cards. I did wonder about that and whether it would be in Aussie Dollars or just a $$ amount.

Hmmmm....looking at your prices Nutsy, you might want to do some math and see how much it would cost to send from our site. Yours are VERY high. Not sure what the surcharge is though.
Or maybe someone could shop for you here....you pick....and you can arrange some swap thing to pay for it.
