Do build a bear clothes fit american girl?

My daughter has purchased build a bear things for her My Twinn doll and I think some of the shirts will work for American Girl, but I'm unsure about pants.

I'm wondering about the princess costumes...we leave friday so i would have to go tomorrow but would like to surprise her with a disney princess outfit for AG.

I think they sell the outfits for the dolls at WDW. I know you can get the My Disney Dolls that are the same size at American Girl Dolls in different princess outfits, so I assume they sell the outfits separately too.

I don't think Build a Bear would fit American Girl very nicely. My daughter has several of both, and the Bear clothes are much wider. Her My Twinn doll is much larger than the American Girls. I would go with AG clothes if possible, we are looking forward to getting AG size doll clothes in WDW. Good luck.

If you have an older American Girl doll, the Disney Doll clothing may not fit. The original AG dolls are a bit more plump than the newer ones.
