Bugs?

I was just reading on another thread that bugs seem to be a problem when staying on a ground floor room. We are staying at CBR and I know they are only 2 story buildings.

Can any one tell me of their experiences with this at CBR?

Now I am starting to rethink if I should change to one of the other moderates. Time is running out, only 11 days left till we leave.

I hate bugs and the thought of them being in my room makes me crazy.

We have never had a problem with bugs at CBR or any of the moderates. They all have outside corridors.

I don't think you will have any problems.

We have stayed at CBR several times and never saw a bug in the room.

We stayed on the ground POFQ last Feb and came back to the room one night to find it swarmed with bugs. In the bathroom there was literally not a place you could step without landing on them. A quick call to housekeeping, and an exterminator appeared. Apparently they keep exterminators on duty 24 hours a day.

Turned out the bugs were termites that had come through a crack in the ceiling over the Tv area. He sprayed and vacuumed, and we never saw them again. I would have requested a room change, but we were leaving the next morning.

As horrified as I was initially, it was cleaned up so quickly, it did not seem so bad in retrospect.
