Just be happy it isn't palmetto bugs! Nothing like a bunch of flying roaches the size of helicopters to take the joy out of a trip! lol.
sorry about the midges
We encountered hugh bugs a very long time ago during a March visit. We first noticed them at night when we were in the shops on Main Street on our way out of the park. There was a box of those rubber insects on the counter and when I looked closely one was moving. We got outside and Main Street looked like it was under bombardment by these creatures. We had to run for the monorail and the tram ride was challenging. I took several minutes for us to get up the nerve for the run from the car to the entrance of our off-site hotel. The next morning they were all laying dead in the parking lot. You could not get to the car without stepping on them. Someone said it was cricket moles and the came out of the ground because of the heavy rains FL had prior to our trip. On all our other trips to WDW I have never encountered anything again like that again.
Attractive - aren't they?

Not really funny, as I hate bugs, and we are staying at AKL soon, BUT the way this worded made me
