I took my macro out in the backyard to do shoot some bugs. I didn't walk away with anything great, but here are a few of the better ones.

Great pictures but why'd it have to be stinging things??? :scared1: :eek: :scared:
 
Mark, those are absolutely stunning. Thank you so much for sharing (and for helping stoke my LL for a macro lens - I've been debating the Sigma 150mm "Bugma" macro).

Shooting bugs seems a little drastic Mark. Can't you just step on them?
 
I like the second one...and I'm glad there aren't any spiders:scared:
 
Great shots...but I gotta say I've never thought about taking a picture of a Wasp...I'm usually to busy stomping on them! Same thing with the Black Widow spider I found the other day. The bees I leave alone. Warn us if you post pictures of spiders:scared1:
