Buffet restaurant query

Booked Chuck Wagon and Lucky Nugget around 3pm as a kind of lunch/dinner buffet. Will the food still be in plenty supply at this time, or will it be what is left over and nothing new having come out recently? Or is it best to go for 6pm?

Do these restaurants close during these hours in July?

My experiences from the buffets are that they are stock up throughout the day, although I have never eaten at the ones you mentioned.

I would imagine the Lucky nugget would be open but not sure if the Chuck Wagon is only evening meal

Chuck Wagons normally opens at 6pm, Maybe it is different at high season.
