Buffet Reception. What was the favorite?

As of now we are planning on a pasta and veggie dish - not sure what type of sauce yet. We figured there might be some non-meat eaters and hopefully the pasta and veggies will satisfy them.

I have one vegetarian that we are trying to find food for!! It appears that we really like meat!

I think if you have all meat eaters if you let Disney know that can provide one veggie plate.

HI, we had our reception at the ADH. My family is from NJ and not used to buffet either but it turned out great. Everyone was so impressed with the food. This was our menue. You can check out my TR for pictures.

Scallops wrapped in bacon
crab rangoons
veggie tray
fruit tray

Buffet:
Mahi Mahi picatta
chicken marsala
grilled asparagus & red peppers
roasted potatoes
tomato mozerella salad
tossed salad

carving station:
beef tenderloin

pasta Station:

penne ala vodka
Orriceitti with fresh veggies in a garlic sauce
