buffet for 2 year old

Heading to Disney World with my family. My daughter is 2 and we're thinking of trying Biergarten at Epcot. Would a 2 year old be charged a child's buffet? She eats like a bird so most of the time she just shares with her dad or I.

Children under 3 eat for free at buffets. If you order her a drink, they'll likely charge you for it (but not always), that's all.
They say "eat off your plate" but she can eat whatever she wants... with her own plate!
