We have booked through Trinity Reservations as well and have stayed at both Staybridge Suites and the Holiday Inn. Both were good stays and we have no complaints. This time we are staying at the Days Hotel across from the airport using the Peace Bridge deal as well. It was a better deal than Trinity Reservations this time, so we will see how that goes. I do like that we are across the street from the Airport. We leave on the 19th for WDW and staying over on the 18th.
We did this in July for our vacation to Williamsburg Va. I will just warn you. The elevator has been broken for some time. We dropped our car off on the Friday, and picked it up the following Friday and it was still broken. Only one was working. The hotel itself has gotten some run down in the last few years. We used to stay here all the time for park n fly. I did it this last time to try it again, plus an early morning wake up call. I will not be staying here again.
Just wanted to give you a heads up.
We're trying out the Peace Bridge Duty Free "Days Hotel Park Before You Fly Package" with a $5 duty free gift certificate, 1 night hotel, breakfast and 10 days parking for $101.24 US taxes included (Sun - Thurs). The Days Inn is on Genesee St. right across from the airport.
We're staying over on August 19th so maybe we'll bump into "MeridaLove" at the Southwest gate the next morning?

Thanks for the details! We always stop at the duty free anyway so it shouldn't be a problem. We stayed at the Days Hotel years ago before a cruise. It wasn't bad. Nothing delightful but certainly clean and friendly staff and you can't beat the location.I just booked the Peace Bridge duty Free deal....$89 plus tax including parking. Normally, we just drive in for our flight(generally a mid day or afternoon) and park at the airport but this time we are on the 8am flight. The cost of our parking alone at the airport would be $60 so this is a great deal.
I've heard many good things about this Days Inn. So I'm anxious to give it a try. In the past we have avoided all Days properties.
BTW, you are required to go into the duty free to pick up your confirmation package before you cross the border. They told me you need it to check in at the hotel. I think really it's just a ploy to get you in the store....they give you a $5 coupon so you know a lot of people will want to use it and spend waaaay more than $5.
