Hi gang. We are flying out of Buffalo next week and will be using the airport parking. Never flown out of Buffalo so I am going to be a little disoriented (despite their awsome website). Can anyone tell me if the airport parking is convenient and relatively secure.

Thanks.

TC.

It's wonderful - used it in February last year, it snowed while we were away and the car had been cleaned off and dug out - was also cheap - I think we paid $45 US for a week or something like that.

Easy place to find and there are shuttles in the parking lot to the terminal. Just press the button on the pole and here they come!

We've flown a couple times out of Buffalo, always parked in "Long Term Parking". Last time we travelled in 2 cars, drove up to the terminal and dropped everyone and luggage off, then circled back around and into the parking lot, found 2 spots pretty close together and a shuttle driver actually followed us in and stopped right at our cars to pick us up. They are very efficient and quick, especially if you are leaving on an early morning flight. The lots are very well lit and secure and they are all located on the airport property, right in front of the terminal, all fenced in with limited access. Compared to Pearson, this is a dream!!!!!!!!

Enjoy!!!

There's also sunpark across the street. It would add about a 3 minute shuttle ride to your journey.

Much MUCH better than at Pearson. The shuttle to Pearson took 2 hours to pick us up. Not enough drivers for the flight. and it was FREEZING. Needless to say everyone was just a tad short with the poor driver. Pushing and shoving people it was horrendous.
Buffulo they were right there before we could warm up the pavement. But remember that they expect a tip too

Wow! Sounds great. I can relate to the problems at Pearson. I even tried the valet park n' fly but didn't find them much better. We usually fly out of Toronto and do the Park and Fly thing but last year we made the mistake of staying at the Delta West on Dixon Rd and the car was broken into. Normally this would not bother me (nothing was missing) but the lack of assistance provided by the hotel really put me off. That along with the high taxes in Canada sent me to Buffalo.

Okay, rant over. Thanks to everyone for making me feel good about the parking!

We did the Hotel Parking as we stayed the night before at the Radisson. However, like the previous post re: parking at the Hotel, I was not impressed with the level of security.

We are flying from BUF December 3rd and have a later flight (11 am or noon) and will drive down the morning. I am glad to hear how great the BUF parking lot is!

Thanks

Check their website for a great map of the parking areas. Also can print a discount coupn for 10% off.

Look at Sunpark. You can pre-pay on their website for a discount. It usually works out less expensive thn the Airport Lot.

They are located directly across from the airport, the shuttle is very efficient both departing and arriving, the drivers very friendly and helpful as well. (Evey time I have parked there, the shuttle usually follow me in to my spot so you walk about 6 feet and the driver offers to help with bags. They drop you off infront of the entrance for your airline.)

When you arrive, simply call from the courtesy phone by baggage claim and they are there very fast.

Very secure lot.

If I dont have a ride, I always park there.
