Buffalo Airport Hotel

We stayed at the Days in September. I found it cheaper to book directly with their site then the park, stay fly sites.

Yes, we found it cheaper to book through the Days website then the park, stay fly sites as well.

Another vote for the Days here. Shuttle was quick, liked that the parking was on site and that we didn't have to leave our keys either.

I have a quick question for those of you that stayed at the Staybridge Suites...I looked it up on Trinity Reservation and they offer a 2 double for $130 which isn't bad, but the hotel website has rooms with 1 Queen or 1 king with sofa...what room did you end up with? There are 4 of us for 1 Queen won't work.

Thank

We have stayed there 4 times. 3 times we had 2 queen beds. Last time they upgraded us free of charge and we had a 2 bedroom suite with 2 full bathrooms! 1 King sized bed in one room and 2 queens in the other!

I did have a friend stay once when they were at capacity and they had a queen bed plus a double pull out couch. I've only heard of this happening once out of about 8 different reservations made between ourselves, family and friends.

Regarding Staybridge, I've read on Tripadvisor that a lack of parking spots seems to be a challenge and people reported having to use their cellphones (Canadian) to contact the shuttle to pick them up on their return. The phone at the airport wasn't a direct line. They also had to wait up to a half hour for the shuttle to arrive. It's just so convenient walking out of the baggage pick-up and seeing the Buffalo Airport parking vans sitting there waiting to take you immediately to your car.

Looking at pricing in August, the Sleep Inn is $82 and parking at the airport is $50 for the week ($132). The Staybridge park and fly is roughly the same price at $130 with the inconvenience of being further away and a longer delay in picking up your car and driving back past the airport.

Can anyone provide any feedback on the parking and shuttle with Staybridge?

Thanks for all the imput...I have narrowed it down to Staybridge and Days. A pool is a must with the kids so that cancelled out a few of the others.
Staybridge is $130 on Trinity Reservations while Days quoted me $168.48 (with tax)...it costs a little extra because we need 14 days parking. My only concern is the same as Cottager...distance to the hotel and shuttle service.

Did you check on the Days direct website? I believe the parking is up to 14 days and it's usually seems to be around $100 ($89-$109).

Sorry just peaked on their site and it's up to 10 days for the regular price :(

Yup it kinda sucks...I emailed the hotel directly and that was the quote they gave me for the added days' parking.

We have used Days Inn for the last 5 trips. Fantastic service, clean rooms and really close to everything.
