Did you price your cruise w/air with Air Canada Vacations? Sometimes they are pretty favourable. Only drawback can be they don't fly in every day so can be a little restrictive matching up additional days. How about Cruiseline air? They can be fairly competitive.

Cruises from San Juan are often a great deal..but for us in Canada it is the air that can get tricky...

Try pricing it from Buf to MCO and then MCO to San Juan, sometimes you can snag a deal this way (booking 2 seperate flights) but remember to factor in double suitcase costs if your airline charges for them
