I saw this in a thread and now I can't find it. Has anyone heard of this? Know where I can find it? I am wondering if I have it on my computer somewhere!

Don't know which one you're talking about but it sounds great. The most helpful tip I've ever received from these boards is the one about using the calendar feature in Microsoft Outlook and setting it to 1 hour blocks of time. I began by putting in which parks morning and evening (utilizing the best hours for each), then I put in afternoon break, where and approx when we wanted to dine as well as any PS information. I typed in approx costs/or pd. beside anything we were doing that cost. This worked so great and you can choose any blocks of time you want to select.

The one I use is from www.intercot.com. It allows you to put in your dates and then counts down to that. Also, each day is broken into three segments, morning, afternoon and evening. You can put you plans into the appropriate time frame and make notes. Also has a place to put PS info. When done, just hit print and it prints out the whole thing.

Thanks guys! I already started with vellamints before I saw the other post! This thing is cool! I don't know how to find it in my own excel but I just am modifying your plans! Thanks!
