Hi,

The OMDD promotion is killing me, and I've been threatening for years to get to WDW solo. I'm thinking this might be the time.

We have small kids, so I am thinking minimal time away is important. 2 nights with a 3 day ticket would be the way to go? Staying at a value resort and using WDW transportation?

I'm sure it's been asked, but what is the cheapest way to do this? Should I investigate downtown disney hotels or something else? I'm not loving the schedule for Southwest flights and maximizing my time there, but they have cheap direct flights.

Ideas?? Thanks so much!

Well, I'm sure off-site or DTD hotels might cost less, but time is money! I don't think you can beat staying on-site/value to maximize your time at WDW.

Another way to save time (and for me, $$) is to just grab snacks/salads/sammies on the go. On short solo trips I spend less time SITTING & eating.

Hope it all works out for you. :thumbsup2
