Just wanted to jump in here and say THANK YOU to the person who posted a promotion code for Budget the week before last. I used the code at West Palm Beach and got a 7-passenger van for a base rate of $225!! 
That was the great part. The bad part was the wait at the Budget pickup location (a bus ride from the airport- the counter right in the airport was closed. All other agencies had their counters open.) We landed around 7pm and took the shuttle out to pick up our car. There was a line of about 15-20 people, and it moved at a snail's pace. One woman missed a funeral she had flown all day for. Two guys in front of us vowed never to use Budget again. It was bad. The manager said it was because of all the snowstorm delays the day before (we flew on Sat. 2/28) but another employee told us there were frequent backups. We waited about 40 minutes just to get our car.
Overall it was worth it for the super deal, but I would think twice before using Budget again.
