My husband and I are planning a trip to DW, for september. We are on
a budget. we are buying 2 day park hopper tickets so we can see 2 parks each day. So we are thinking Animal kingdom and Epcot first day and Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom next day. I need to know where we can find good budget places to eat. I was thinking of eating at the second park of each day.
Thanks for your help....cant wait to go to DW !!!!!:rotfl:

If you want a reasonable table service at MK the Plaza was very good.

Honestly, since you are going to be cramming it all in, I would try for early breakfasts. You can eat in the parks at 8am on a non EMH day and get in before everyone else. Just a thought.

:welcome: to the DIS!

Are you only going to be in the area for two days? An adult two-day park hopper is $221.52, while a four day base ticket (no hopping) is $239.63. Not a big difference if you are going to be in Orlando anyway, but if you are trying to keep lodging costs down, the two day park hopper is a good way to do it.

Sunshine Seasons at Epcot has a lot of variety and good food if that is your second park. The World Showcase also has many interesting counter service options.

We like Columbia Harbor House at MK, but Cosmic Rays has a chicken and ribs platter for about $14 that you could easily split.

You can view menus here:

Every Disney park has a counter service restaurant with a huge double bacon cheeseburger that you can cut in half & share. For this option, check-out Libery Inn or Electic Umbrella in Epcot & in MK check-out Cosmic Ray. (I added hyper links so that you can click on each restaurant to look at their menus.) Cosmic Ray's also has a toppings bar w/ grilled onions, nacho cheese, grilled mushrooms, & other stuff that's absolutely delicious on your burger & fries!
If you're REALLY trying to stick to a tight budget, you may want to also consider making sandwiches in your room & packing sandwiches/snacks/drinks to bring with you to the parks. Disney does not mind if guests bring their own food & pack it in their backpacks or shoulder bags.
Have a wonderful trip!!!

Epcot - Basically any countries fast service.. (Mexico, Germany, Japan..just to name a few)
Also the Electornic Umbrella is great.

MK - PECOS BILLS CAFEEEEEE. (Best topping bar haha) and Cosmic Rays. They also have the best places for snacks (Mrs. Teapots Cupboard for ice cream...yum!)
