Budget MCO is it as bad as reviews say Vs Dollar

I have a question about Budget fastbreak. I sign up yesterday and now i noticed a $1.50 pending charge on my card. Is this normal? Will the charge most likely fall off and this was just a test to ensure the card is vaild?

I just signed up for Budget Fastbreak, and before confirming it did say a $1.50 charge would appear on your credit card, but it will go away after 4 or 5 days. HTH. (I remember it well because its an unusual amount. Usually you see $1 temporary charges.)
