We have decided to leave a day early and to save a little money stay off site one night we will be arriving late in the evening so it doesnt have to be anything special we will get up early and drive straight to WDW so I would like to be a close as possible to th world.

Any hotels you can recommend?

We did the caribe royale our first trip and got a good deal. There are tons of hotels in the area. It was clean and close .

Good choice! Also, you can stay at Marriott Village (Lake Buena Vista). They have Spring Hill, Fairfield, and Courtyard. Another exit north and there is a Residence Inn and several other properties. I would stay away from most of the 192 Kissimmee locations, though. They seem a lot older.

I use lastminutetravel.com for all my offsite stays. They list the prices for unnamed hotels, but show photos of each. By dragging the photos into Google Image search, the hotel is usually identified, so you can save significantly over rack rates.

For instance, we got the Holiday Inn Resort Lake Buena Vista for $81 (includes tax) for 3/23. The lowest published rate available for that night is $185 (includes tax).

Note: Be sure to check what resort and parking fees are for your resort before booking.

Quality Suites Lake Buena Vista. Its on Plam Parkway. Very nice and reasonable prices. Its only about a mile from the entrance to Lake Buena Vista hotels by Downtown Disney.

I would bid on Priceline. Perfect for you since you'll have a car and don't care exactly where you'll be staying. Depending on when you're going, you could get a 3* hotel for as low as $45.

We stay at the Seralago hotel during the summer or in October when it's a quick WDW trip for one night. It's usually under $50 including tax. great deal.

I just looked around your dates, the one from your ticker, and it looks like $60 per night.

Best Western at Downtown Disney. Mousesavers.com sometimes has deals for Hotel Royal Plaza too.

We stayed at Hilton DTD for about $77 through lastminutetravel.com. and loved it. Went to Downtown Disney (you can walk or drive), and enjoyed the evening before our cruise the next morning. Great stay and price!

Baymount Inn, the Kissimee location is 5 minutes from the AKL. Its located off of 192 on Black Lake Rd. There is a McD's within walking distance to the hotel and a Super Target about 3 mintues away. $62 AAA rate and clean hotel
