Budget Help- Transportation and Cake Costs

I'm sitting down with the parents this weekend to discuss our budget and I need to fill in a few more costs. Can anyone tell me what the costs for a limo and buses (enough for 85 people) would be? We would start out at the WP for a 10 am ceremony and head over to the Boardwalk/Beach Club area for a reception and possible make another trip at night for a dessert party.

Also, what can I expect to pay for a cake for 85 people? I want to keep the cake pretty simple. Thanks!

If you charter transport for your wedding & reception, you can't have them just come at the beginning and the end - you pay for the number of hours between when pickups start and when drop off ends.

If you want charter transport for the dessert party and it isn't immediately following the reception, you'll need a whole 'nother charter with the same minimums.

Custom and standard cake prices range from $7.50–$17.50 per person, with a 50-person minimum. Mad Hatter cakes are priced differently - they cost $450 for two tiers (50 people), $980 for three tiers (85 people), and $1,550 for four tiers (185 people).

You could get a 50-person cake and then pay for a sheet cake to feed the extra guests. A quarter sheet cake serves 25 guests and costs $55, a half sheet cake serves 50 and costs $80, and a full sheet cake serves 100 and costs $120. These are covered in buttercream and are not meant for display.
