The Easter Bunny brought our family a hand held GPS to use for Geocaching. He brought the Magellen 400. We had a very difficult time getting the coordinates loaded. Once we got them loaded into into GPS, the unit seemed to freeze between locations. We since returned the GPS. Does anyone have any good recommendations for a GPS (to use for geocaching)that is under $200?
Thanks!

Most geocachers prefer Garmin products over Magellin. You will find a 40 foot difference between the 2 companies. Since most people hide a cache with a Garmin you would do better with finding also using a garmin.

Also more geocachers can answer any Garmin questions you have.

A good one to start out with is the Garmin Legend. And use the USB cable to load coordinates right into the GPS.

The most popular Garmin for geocaching is the 60csx. Seems like EVERYONE has that one. Rugged. Faster lock on satellites & more accurate. Also can use it in the car since it has auto-routing function. It might be more than you are looking for though.

Go to geocaching.com's forums and you'll get lots of GPS help on what kind to buy.
