Budget Friendly Ideas for "UP themed engagement party

What if you do something with a mailbox. Like a cake in the shape of one?

That is a clever idea! I have seen pics of House cakes which are gorgeous but don't look too budget friendly. A mailbox cake might be less costly. Thanks

Or instead of a mailbox cake, buy a mailbox & the paint for them to make their own handprint mailbox. That can then be used at their wedding to collect their cards in.

That would be cute and we could use it for the shower too. Thanks!

That party is so cool! and actually it looks like most of the decorations were hand made so I would think the most expensive thing there was the cool balloon/house cake.
