Budget Friendly Blue Tooth Speaker

My dd19 would like a blue tooth speaker for her college dorm. She is thinking of one of the Amazon speakers, but is open to others.

Can anyone recommend any in-store speakers? Last year I bought one for about $20-25 from Target for a secret santa exchange which I thought was decent.

funny because I just bought one from Best Buy - it's the "Jawbone - MINI JAMBOX Portable Bluetooth Speaker - Graphite Facet" It's originally 129.99 but it's currently on sale for 49.99. I actually bought it last week for 39.99 so maybe you can keep an eye on the price. good luck!

Check out the Altec Lansing Mini H2O. I got several of them at a good price last year at Target (about $20) and gifted several. It is compact, it is waterproof, it floats in water and the sound is good for the size and price. DH and I took one on our honeymoon to play music in our hotel rooms. It was very nice to have. I also use it at home to connect with my Amazon Echo Dot to play music while I am working. Pairs without any problems.
