Budget Fastbreak questions

I see MCO is a Budget FastBreak counter location. Their website makes it sound like you have to go to the counter in the terminal to get your keys, but I have read a few posts here that sound like you go straight to the garage to get your keys.

How does Fastbreak work at MCO?
#1 Do you go to the garage and get your keys from an attendant there?

#2 Do you get to choose your car like National's EA or do they assign you a car?

Thanks. I am a member of Fastbreak, EA, and Fastlane.... Best deal will get me to go with that company, though getting to choose any car off of the EA lane makes me lean towards National....
