Budget car rental questions

we just made a last minute trip to WDW and Budget had the best price for Memorial Day weekend. My husband is a fast break member but not sure how it works at MCO. Do we go to a kiosk there? What about tolls? Thanks for any info!

Yes, if you are a Fast Break member go across to the garage and Budget has a kiosk there. You can plan your route with or without tolls.

If we do take the beeline (528), does Budget automatically charge us a fee even if we go to the side of the highway and pay cash?

It never has for me, we always paid with cash and had no issues with any of the rental companies.
