Budget car rental experiences??

This is our first time going with Budget and I am just trying to figure out what to expect.

I rented from them in April and it was fine. The car was ready, the line was a little longer than I like, but no pressure to buy insurances or any of that stuff.

I have used them a couple times and never had a problem , nice cars and friendly people. Just got back from using them last week and didn't have to wait in any line.

we personally have had mixed experiences with Budget. the cars don't always seem that new or clean, and we've encountered a few really pushy unpleasant agents. but, we've had other acceptable experiences as well. nothing spectacular though. heh.
