Budget car Q and help please

I found a code and coupon for a budget car rental for our May 19 to 22nd weekend and other than the end of the reservation point I can't find anywhere to enter the coupon code - it should have given me a free day but it didn't show up. Am I doing something wrong??
This is picking up at TPA at 11am on May 19th and returning to TPA May 22nd at 5pm for a Full size car. Using the costco BCD W852802 and Costco free day coupon code TUGZ503

Rate comes up as $109 plus taxes but I can't seem to get the free day applied.

Dollar was only $96 plus tax with the kiss2 code but I can't seem to find anything better. Anyone have suggestions of where to look for a better deal??

Sometimes offers can't be combined, so you may not be able to combine the coupon and the code. It wouldn't hurt to call them.

I'll try calling - these 2 codes were listed as use together on the Costco website.

Budget.com has a spot for the coupon code on the same page where you type in your name.

All coupons are calculated at time of return - there is no way for your confirmation to show the updated price (As Alamo/National and Hertz do)

ok thanks - perhaps I'll just stick to my $96 from Dollar. At least I know what rate I'm gettingand I can't seem to find anything any better.
