I am trying to pre register to collect our Budget car using this link

And I enter my surname and confirmation number which ends GB4 and I keep getting this message.

We apologize however we are unable to process your registration at this time due to an advance notice restriction.

We are collecting the car tomorrow so any help appreciated.

I believe it has to be at least 10 days before collection in order for you to do this .
