Great rate! Too bad its not good for our trip dates. I thought I read somewhere there's a website that gives rental car discount codes, such as this one. Anyone know what it is? Thanks!

That is an excellent rate. I'm currently at almost $500 for the week of 8/6-8/13 (8 day rental). The code didn't work when I tried to use it. Do you know what restrictions might apply??

The e-mail I got with the code listed did not state dates, but it did say "plan ahead special," so I'm assuming it is for dates that are not immediate. Our Oct. 3 - 10 dates worked. I was happy because usually I have only found good deals if I wait until the last minute, which is not my style.

The budget code came out in an email, it is good Aug 15th to Nov 15th. $199 for a week, minivan is awesome.

I tried the code and couldn't get it to work. I am going 8/20 - 8/29 so it's within the timeframe.

Anyone have any luck with August?

Budget site says 8/15 - 8/31 is blacked out at MCO.

I used it for 8/21-8/31 for a minivan with no problem and my price w/taxes etc was $400.05. I am sure they only allow so many booked at that rate and then close it.

I just booked a minivan yesterday for our stay 9/27-10/4 and used the code and was able to get the 199.00 rate. I was wondering if that was a good rate. It seems that it is.

I just booked a minivan from 8/20 - 8/29 (10 days) and it was $413. Without the code it would have been $728!!!

When are you going? We're staying at OKW, but I'll be looking for the green mickey heads. I always have them on us and never see anyone. Maybe this trip will be different.

We're going 8/21-8/31 Nancy. Time is starting to fly now and excitement is beginning to set in. It doesn't matter how many times you go, the excitement is still always there as if it were the first time all over again.

I will only miss my dog so much. He will be staying in a "Bed, Bath and Biscuit" little vacation of his own. This place is like a little spa for dogs, no cages, not a kennel, but more like a pet hotel. None the less I will still feel bad when I have to drop him off there the night before. I guess it would be different if he understood that I will be back to get him. So I have a mix of excitement and anxiety over leaving my buddy....

i "jumped" when this was 1st posted, & saved another $35 over Dollar's KISS3 rate (pays for a few lunch vouchers ).
got my dates ~ 8/21 thru 8/30 without a prob............hope to finally see-a-sea of lime green

nancy ~ i always have a lime green mickey head luggage tag hanging on my mickey knapsack, so if you see it, say "hi!!" ~ we'll be at AKL on the 21st, then BWV til 8/30

hulabird ~ don't tell my pets where your guy is staying ~ they'll be sooooooo jealous!! our 7yo golden, Thumper, is staying with my parents, our 4 month golden, Toby, is staying with DS's friend's family, & our 3 cats (1-4yo, & 2-10 month old)will get 3x day visits from my parents at our house. (we lost our beloved 5yo golden, kovu, and my 4yo cat, kiara, about a month ago, unrelated cancers ~ that's why we have so many "younguns", they're helping to heal our broken hearts).
we plan on calling every day, just to make sure our "babies" are OK ~ thank goodness for cell phones!
