Sorry, need to vent!!
I bought something from a guy on another forum. It was $50 and I gave him my FedEx account number to ship FedEx Ground.
It's big and heavy and should have cost around $50 to ship to me from California.
He waited 3 weeks to ship and then sent it 2 day Express!!!
That's costing me $200 for shipping!!!
Not even sure what I can do here. I paid the $50 through Paypal so I might try a claim there to get the $50 back but other than that I'm out $200 unless he's willing to compromise with me since it was his mistake.
And yes, I was clear when I said I wanted FedEx Ground.
MAD!! MAD!! MAD!!!

Bleh. I hope you can get some of that back.
I know that personally I have shipped product to a client, it's been delayed or "lost" or left on the FedEx (or UPS) truck, the client is then over billed for shipping when the shipper realizes they are missing their delivery window, the client contact us, we show proof of how we shipped and then FedEx (or UPS) is responsible for the over shipment charges.
