The budget Board appears to have multiple spam threads that were recently created.

When you see a spam thread, click on it and hit the "report" button. That will alert the mods to the problem and the to the location. Otherwise, the problem thread/s might get lost in the lineup and not be seen for a while. Reporting the spam will help get things cleaned up quickly.
