Budget advice for WDW Baseball Tournament

Anyone helped plan a WDW Baseball Tournament? Our sons' baseball team is just thinking about it and I would be the one to do the majority of the planning. I am looking for advice or what another team's budget goal was or any feedback!

Hey I found your thread by searching, because I'm looking for the same info We will be playing in the International Salute to Baseball this summer. Did your team decide to go, and if so, any tips?
