Buddy running???

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but..my dh has a friend at work that says he wants him to run a half marathon with him in 2015 at WDW. He says that he would run half and then dh runs the other half. Dh asked if I had ever heard of this and I said no. Has anyone heard I this?

Sounds like a relay. Not offered at WDW Half Marathon, but often offered at local full marathons.

There was a relay offered in 2012 during Marathon Weekend--the Chip and Dale. They did not offer it in 2013 and it's not on the books for 2014 either.Don't know if there's any chance they'll bring it back.

Lots of people liked it because it gave many half-ers the chance to run the second halfof the marathon course.

Agreed, very unlikely for Disney mainly due to transportation issues. That and the new marathon course does not set itself up well for a relay.
