We did a back to back from 10/9 to 10/16 and on our three night cruise the entire family from cake Boss was on board. He was making a Disney Dream cake and also was renewing his vows with his wife Lisa. The show is set to air in January and our children may be in some shots. After they filmed Buddy on the Aquaduck he went in to the Mickey pool and all four of our kids were right behind him.
My DW was right behind him in line for the Aquaduck and spoke with him there and was very pleasant and the whole family looks as though they all had a great time.
We managed to get pictures of him at the terminal before boarding, when they entered the ship and the presentation of the cake to the Captain and crew.
It was interesting watching TLC film everything. Can't wait t see the show..

OMG! So jealous!!! We will be on the 4 night cruise leaving 10/7/12 (so the same weekend as your cruise). I was wondering what he was going to for his wife for their vow renewal. At least now we know the dress she picked out will be perfect when he surprises her! 
We are in CA and I'm dying to try some of his pastries. Our friends from NJ is going to be meeting us down there before our cruise and I hope she's able to bring me some goodies
