Budapest Short Escape?

While looking at the details for the new Rhone River Cruise I noticed this Budapest Short Escape. Is this a brand new offering? My wife and I were looking at Christmas vacation options (non-ABD) and were thinking Amsterdam but reading this I think we might consider splitting stays in different cities. Anyone here able to comment if any of the included activities are in any way exclusive? Based off of our NYC ABD long weekend I find it unlikely but this is still something that might be worth considering if we end up in Europe.

Day 1
Arrive in Budapest, Budapest Walking Tour, Welcome Dinner at Central Café

Day 2
Buda Walking Tour, Lunch at Pest-Buda Bistro, Pest Tuk Tuk Tour, Hungarian State Opera House

Day 3
Breakfast at Hotel, Depart Budapest

I'm hoping to book one of the Danube cruises, so I'm considering the Budapest short escape as well. According to my TA, the State Opera House visit is a "VIP Tour" (whatever that means) and the mini performance is exclusive. I can't confirm whether this is true.

Wow! That is new. I haven't seen that before. Budapest is an amazing, beautiful city, and I really wish I'd had more time there before my Danube River cruise. I don't know how exclusive these activities are, but any extra time in Budapest is a *very* good thing!

Agreed! If I could do it over again I would have added at least a full day to explore Budapest.

We were also planning to book this before our Danube cruise next year! The itinerary really matched what we were looking for.

However, the 2020 Oktoberfest cruise dates do not work for us, so we decided to go to Denmark & Sweden (on our own, with guided tours) instead. We didn't want to schedule the same cruise at a different time because we really want to do the Oktoberfest version & we really want to do it with ABD. Maybe 2021 or 2022!
