Cast: DH & I who haven't been to WDW since we were teens w/parents & DS is 2 yo.
I've been planning since last July, DH just follows along and DS doesn't know what he's in for!
Day 5 Monday June 3 - MK, CRT & WS dinner tour
Mickey wake-up call 7:30am, and we are at the monorail by 8:40, we are approaching the Walt & Mickey statue at rope drop. DS says Peter Pan first, walk on. Then Dumbo, already 20min!! I grab FP for Pooh, now we go to CRT for 9:45 breakfast. How wonderful it is! We wait a little while before the first princess gets to our table, but that gave DS a chance to eat. Belle is first, then Cinderella. DS really likes her, it's his favorite movie. I have a great picture of them. Then Jasmine & Snow White. It was a truly great time. I was disappointed in the food, but I'll survive. Back to Fantasyland, walk-on Carousel, Pooh FP, tea-cups 15m, small world 15min, DS loves this too.
It's already noon & DH wants lunch. It's really hot, so I say, lets get popcorn, & eat at Kona Cafe back at the hotel. DH wants lunch, not a snack.
We go to Peco's Bills, YIKES! What a madhouse! I wait in line about 20min, get our food & hunt down DH at a table. At least the food was good & it was even hot. We decide to ride Pirates about 20min wait. We get a Dole Whip, pineapple & Vanilla swirl. Yummy! Then head out. Back to the room about 2:00pm. If only DH would have just eaten popcorn!
We rest awhile then go out to the pool & the fountains/sprinklers. DS had a great time. I think we did this everyday. About 5:15pm we head over to Epcot to tour WS for dinner. DS falls asleep on the monorail, yippee! We take the ferry over to Germany & get a brat. Then Japan for a combo teriyaki beef & chicken skewer. We catch ToD then go to Moroco for lamb sandwich. I loved this! Neither DH or I had ever been to WS. It was beautiful. We didn't explore too much, it was still really hot! Still had the fans out on DS while sleeping. He wakes up & we go back to the room. Again we head to the lounge for desert & fw & EWP. No FW though, they are at 10:00 this night. But DS sure loves Ewp. This night he goes to sleep at 11:30! Tomorrow is another early day, Chef Mickey at 8:45am!
