March 31 is a Thursday.

ETA - Easter is 3/27 so I guess they are waiting until the end of the week following Easter. Better than during but still odd timing.

Keep in mind that this info came from the Disney TA website at some point in the last day or so but has since been taken down. That doesn't mean it's not accurate, Disney just usually doesn't release Refurb schedules this far in advance. That said, these dates could still fluctuate a bit. I will say the timing of this seems very odd.

Well, that sucks for our SWW trip in May. They shut down Splash Mountain last year for an extended period - Jan-March. So maybe it's the same type of major rehab, although BTMRR doesn't have the animatronics that Splash does. Wonder why they're scheduling it for so late in the year.
