BS Transport private shuttles

No, it's not a dumb question. I took it that they meant now and sent one off straight away.

What have other DISers done??

I have sent mine off straight away too .
They had asked for flight details and i wanted to let them know for timings.
I had been thinking of sending another email to BS one week before we leave for confirmation

We also used BS Transport and found them very good, even though we did have one major problem with timing! I requested to be picked up at 7.45 am to go back to the airport, and though this was the time written on our confirmation, they got it wrong and thought we were being picked up at 7.45 PM Even though the driver confirmed our pick up time when we were dropped off at the hotel, neither of us actually specified AM or PM - we both just assumed!!

Luckily I had their phone number and my mobile phone and someone arrived 20 minutes later and got us to the airport in good time! *Phew* And to reassure you, I haven't heard of anyone else having this problem with them - it must have been an unfortunate blip. Just check carefully when the driver confirms your pick up time and keep their number handy. I will do this now, with any shuttle company I use.

- l've just clicked on it and it seems BS Transports website is down at the moment. When it's working again you should be able to enter your reservation details online and they'll email you back. If you have any problems with it BS Transports email address is: reservations@bstransports.com
