BRV studio - room request

Hello, I am new at renting points and booked a Boulder Ridge studio thru David’s DVC. (I prefer CCV but unfortunately they don’t have availability for the week I want). My only concern with BRV as I’ve read on this forum, is that some of the studios at BRV have a view of the dumpster or the laundry? And there is one studio with no balcony. How can I avoid these rooms
As a DVC resort is it even possible to request a specific room like on touring plans?

In short the dumpster/housekeeping area is at the far end of the building so a request to be near the elevators or main building should keep you from that. There is only 1 studio without a balcony 4531. Murphy's law says you'll be assigned it since there is a concern. But odds say it shouldn't happen with there only being one.

And yes, you can request a specific room number should you wish. The DVC resorts are all on touring plans.

I don't know positively but have assumed it houses pool system related equipment.

If entering the pool from the Villas side it's to the right of the gate. If you go left from the gate you have the "cabana" seating areas and then past them the pool restrooms.
