Brunswick, GA... Hampton Inn or Baymont Inn??

Has anyone stayed at either of these two? If so which would you recommend?

They both serve continental breakfast, how was it, what is included?

We always stay at Hampton Inn in Brunswick..in fact, we'll be there again in Oct. on our trip down.
It's a general "continental" bkfst--coffee, juice, cereal, donuts, bagels, that sort of thing.
Easy walking distance to Cracker Barrell and Shoney's for dinner--.
