I've never experienced tea at Palo's so I don't know anything about that. The brunch consists of both buffet style and sit down. The buffet has fancy desserts, deli type meats and cheeses, crab legs, gourmet type stuff, if you will. You order your main entrees through your server. You can choose things such as eggs benedict or julia, five different types of pizzas, pastas, and more. My personal favorite is the grilled talapia with asparagus risotto - it's to die for! You are give one glass of champagne, if you want more there is a charge for it. I think it's an extra four dollars a glass. Dinner is awesome as well. If I had to choose only one though, I'd definitely go with brunch!
