Brunch Bar Cost???

How much did everyone pay for the bar at their brunch? And what was included in that cost? I'm trying to figure out if it is worth it?

We did a soda and water package for our brunch that worked out to be almost $900 for just 34 people. It was a HUGE waste of money, since two kinds of juice and coffee and tea were included in our brunch menu, and I now know we could have had a water station for about 25 bucks.

If I were to do it again, I might still offer the sodas but do it Billed On Consumption - there were so many leftover sodas at the end of our 3 hours.
