Brunch at Chef Mickey's

Can anyone please tell me the cost per person for Brunch at Chef Mickey's? Also we will be at the Magic Kindgdom that day and have 1:15 reservation. What is the best way to get there without a car and what time should we head out of the park to make it there?

You can easily walk from the Magic Kingdom to Chef Mickey's. It is less than a 10 minute walk. We stayed at Bay Lake Tower last time we were in Disney and it was almost always faster to walk than to take the Monorail, plus you didn't have to walk up the hill to get to the tracks.
