BRP rates for Dec.?

We are thinking about going in Dec. (17-23) and buying an AP. I have a couple of ?'s. Are there any room only rates for that time (value) and would I be able to book without an activated AP? Thanks.

I am sorry but an AP rate booking BRP has to be made before 60 days. So now they are booking Dec 24 and later.
