I was wanting to try out the lounge for a drink and maybe shared appetizer on our upcoming trip, say around 2:30-3:00 p.m. Obviously, I've seen the outside area passing by on my way to ToT and RnR during past trips, but didn't pay close attention to how big it is. Will it be hard to grab an available table around this time of the afternoon?

It's pretty small, and they take a wait list. You might be able to catch a lull between those tat get there when it opens at noon, and those that are going as an early happy hour.

It depends on how busy the parks are in a way. I have gone within the time frame you gave and there weren't many people at all, this was Easter week. I really like this area and the derby sliders are fantastic.

When we went it was just wait in a line for the next available table, no list. All you can do is go by and check what the process is and how far along folks look ... but since it's more drink than eat can be hard to tell.
